K.G. Jebsen Centre for MS-Research Opened
Less than six months after the Kristian Gerhard Jebsen Foundation was founded, the first K.G. Jebsen Centre for Medical Research was opened at the University of Bergen. The centre is managed by professor Kjell Morten Myhr at the Institute for Clinical Research.
From the Kristian Gerhard Jebsen Foundation the centre will be granted four million NOK per year for four years. Including additional funding from the University of Bergen, Helse Vest, Haukeland University Hospital and MS-Forbundet, the research centre will have approximately 10 million NOK per year at its disposal.
